Vincent van Ojen uses nature and landscapes as a source of inspiration for his work. He combines different natural elements to create new compositions. Vincent van Ojen is a master of the woodcut, which is a technique in printmaking. An artist carves an image into the surface of a block of wood which leaves parts to be printed higher than parts that are not to be printed. The raised areas are then inked and pressed into paper.
